Friends and laughter

Thursday is playgroup day, and it was delightful to see all the small people learning how to play nicely, use indoor voices, and share; an equal pleasure was having over a half-dozen moms gathered to share stories, ideas, laughs, and midget-minding so each of us could use the restroom without groupies.

Tonight’s prayer:  Lord, thank You for gracing our lives with friends to whom Your blessings can look as examples of how to love — and who are willing to share their understanding that sometimes love means saying, “no.”

Please share your thoughts! I don't know who reads this, but the stats tell me someone does. I'd like to know what you took from our little stories and prayers.
